David Arella has held a variety of positions in the technology industry since 1983. David began their career at Apple Computer as an HR Systems Manager/ Training and Development Manager, where they were responsible for recruiting, employee development, compensation administration, management coaching, and organization development for a division of 800 employees. David then moved to NOAH Software, Inc. as the Founder/CEO, where they founded and led a technology solutions company that offered clients business process analysis and then crafted innovative technology solutions to radically improve operations. David pioneered numerous advancements in the HR technology and workforce management field and designed innovative software solutions using state of the art internet and Lotus Notes technologies. In 1999, they joined Workscape, Inc. as the Sr. Vice President, where they were responsible for the commercial success of the workforce management product line. David conceived product vision and development road map, designed, developed and marketed innovative human resource technology solutions to large businesses. In 2004, they founded DAG Software, Ltd., a software development company bringing state of the art HR technology solutions to the European business marketplace. David led product development and sales and developed functional and graphic design for the solution offerings. In 2006, they joined Vision Consulting, Ltd. as the Business Development Manager and led a business development campaign that generated 3 million Euro within 6 months. David also headed the software division developing applications to support new business practices for collaboration and performance management. In 2007, they founded 4Spires, where they designed and implemented business software solutions that supported collaboration, execution, and accountability. In 2008, they joined Savvis Communications, Inc. as the Director of Applications Product Management, where they developed a comprehensive IT hosting offering to serve the Software as a Service (SaaS) market. David also developed the value proposition and competitive positioning. Finally, in 2009, they returned to 4Spires as the Founder/CEO, where they designed and developed award-winning action management software tools that facilitate, record and monitor task-related conversations between requesters and performers.
David Arella received their MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and their BE from Manhattan College.
