Tom Brooks

Tom Brooks is an accomplished legal and corporate professional with extensive experience in external and legislative affairs. Currently serving as a partner at Espinosa, Espinosa & Brooks since March 2023, Tom also holds the position of Executive Board Member at 4 The Future Foundation and Principal at Turtle Island Strategies, LLC. Prior to these roles, Tom had a distinguished career at AT&T, where responsibilities included Vice President of External & Legislative Affairs, culminating in retirement in November 2022. Tom's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Stony Brook University.
