40 Groups, Inc. is uniquely designed for executives who want to learn from the world’s leading thought leaders and gain practical guidance from their true peers.

The Credit Union CEO 40 Group, CFO 40 Group, Chair 40 Group and Community Bank CEO 40 Group. Together, they form 40 Groups. A powerful alliance of executive leaders who believe that collaboration is the ultimate competitive advantage. Each Group offers its own space for CEOs, CFOs, or Board Chairs to connect with peers, exchange best practices, and learn from world-class thought leaders.

What unites them is a shared philosophy: people helping people be successful.

At 40 Groups, executive leaders, limited to just 40 members per Group, come together to learn, grow, and lead with purpose. In intimate, resort-style retreats held throughout the year, members step away from daily distractions to focus on strategy, innovation, and personal renewal. Through open dialogue and shared experience, they return to their credit unions or community banks re-energized and with fresh ideas, trusted relationships, and a renewed sense of mission to strengthen their teams, members, and communities.

This isn’t another conference; it is a think-tank of like-minded leaders that want the same thing – success for everyone involved in the movement of people helping people.
