Or Kapelinsky is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the fintech and technology sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of 40Seas since August 2025, Kapelinsky is also a member of the Israel Fintech Center since January 2022. Previous roles include CBE at Amdocs, where strategic sales initiatives in EMEA were led, contributing significant growth within Banking and FinTech sectors. As Co-Founder and COO of TenureX, Kapelinsky developed an innovative interoperability platform, scaling the startup to over 20 employees and establishing vital strategic partnerships. Additionally, as General Manager of Personal Finance at Investing.com, Kapelinsky focused on restructuring and new product development to drive profitability. Kapelinsky holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Tel Aviv University, completed in September 2007.
