Kathleen Sowder

Kathleen Sowder is currently a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at 413, LLC since October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Fellow at the Center for Security Policy Studies, where responsibilities involved editing publications and coordinating annual crisis simulations. Kathleen has also worked as an Assistant Undergraduate Recruiter at George Mason University, significantly contributing to a 14% enrollment increase. Additional roles include teaching assistant positions in France and at the University of South Carolina, where Kathleen also led undergraduate recruitment efforts and served as a research assistant. Kathleen's internship experiences span public policy with Keybridge Communications and constituent services with the Office of U.S. Congressman Tim Scott. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Security from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in French and Political Science from the University of South Carolina.
