42 Madrid is a one of a kind programming school with no teachers, no classes, and no tuition fees; open 24/7.
Learning is driven by peer-to-peer collaboration and real-world projects, fostering autonomy, problem-solving, and resourcefulness from the very beginning.

To be admitted in 42, you'll begin with the Piscine: an intense, 28-day selection process where candidates immerse themselves in Bash and C. The very best and those who also helped their peers most will move on to the next stage.

Once admitted, students tackle the Common Core, mastering C, then C++, and culminating in a large-scale project integrating TypeScript, Python, Docker, and more. The journey demands consistency, creativity, and grit. Few make it to the end.

After the Common Core, students specialise in fields like AI, cybersecurity, or software architecture, shaping their own learning paths.

At 42 Madrid, you don’t just learn to code; you learn how to learn your way.
