George Holgate

George Holgate is a skilled Mechanical Engineer with a strong educational background, holding a Master of Engineering degree in General Engineering (Mechanical) from The University of Sheffield, graduated with 1st Class honors in 2023. Relevant experience includes a diverse array of roles, such as Prototype Build Placement at Ford Motor Company, where engagement involved preparing prototype cars for testing, and serving as a Mechanical & NPD Engineering Technician at GAMA Healthcare Ltd, focusing on developing clinical products aimed at infection prevention. Additional contributions as a Student Lead and Co-founder at Sheffield Student Downhill Design highlight project management and technical advisory skills in developing a competitive downhill bike frame.
