Our core strategy is to engage in equity-based financial investments in privately held companies in the UAE. While we are sector-agnostic, we specialize in B2C and retail-oriented businesses with excellent teams that share our vision for long-term growth and value creation. We hold minority or majority equity stakes, or perform full buyouts. In our investments, we value collaboration with our investees over everything. We firmly believe that every business is only ever as great as the collective of people that run it. We therefore strive to be an active, collaborative, and constructive partner to all founders and owners of the businesses we invest in. We firmly believe that, together, we can make 1 plus 1 equal 3.
