Fernando Sassone has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Fernando started their career at Banco Rio as an Advertising Director in 1988 and held this position until 1994. Fernando then joined Editorial Televisa as a Creative and Art Director from 1994 to 1996. In 1997, they became a Creative Director at Visa International and remained in this role until 2002. Fernando then transitioned to Visa Inc., where they served as Vice President of Integrated Marketing from 2002 to 2007. Subsequently, they became a Senior Business Leader in Global Brand Marketing at Visa Inc. from 2007 to 2010. Finally, they joined 451° as the Chief Creative Strategist & Partner in August 2011, and continues to hold this position.

Fernando Sassone began their education in 1972 at Argentina School, although the specific degree and field of study is unknown. Fernando later attended Universidad Altos Estudios Comerciales from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advertising. Fernando then continued their education at Universidad de Buenos Aires from 1988 to 1993, where they earned another Bachelor's degree in Social Communication.
