During their time at Clarks, Scott was responsible for managing product, content, and promotional activities on their websites, delivering revenue of over $66MM in 2020 and overseeing product enrichment, photography, pricing, and UX improvements. Scott also led on-site search monitoring and optimization, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and managed direct reports. Before Clarks, Scott worked at Premiership Talk as an MLS Editor and MLS Correspondent for five months in 2012. Scott ensured articles aligned with editorial guidelines, oversaw article output, and utilized social media platforms to increase article reach. In 2011, Scott served as a Game Day/Marketing Intern at the Boston Blazers, where they worked on various projects both in the office and during game nights, including ticket delivery, suite preparation, stat compilation, and publicity.

Scott Hill attended Lasell University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Sport Management. Scott'sfield of study included Sport Management and Sports Communication. In addition, Scott obtained a Contentsquare certification from Contentsquare in March 2023.
