David Pyne

David Pyne is a principal contracts manager at Collins Aerospace, drawing upon extensive experience in contract management and national security policy. Previously, they served as a contract specialist at CACI Dynamic Systems and a senior contract representative at Honeywell Defense & Space Electronics Systems, managing military contracts worth tens of millions of dollars. They have also held various roles in public service, including honorary colonel at the West Valley City Police Department and policy advisor for multiple political campaigns. David holds a BA in Political Science from Brigham Young University, a JD from Southwestern Law School, and an MA in National Security Studies from Georgetown University.
