Matthew Croshaw

Matthew Croshaw serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) & Managing Director of the 47G Impact Center at 47G: Aerospace & Defense, starting in September 2024. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Vice President at Malouf from September 2020 to September 2025. Matthew's extensive experience at Parker Hannifin spanned from May 2004 to September 2020, where positions included Corporate Learning and Organization Effectiveness, Learning Development Manager for the Aerospace Group, and Performance Technologist in the Control Systems Division. Additionally, Matthew contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at Stevens-Henager College in 2003-2004, teaching marketing and business courses. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, both from Utah State University.
