4CE Engineering Group (pronounced “Force”) is a private equity-backed national platform transforming the future of civil infrastructure through strategic partnerships with exceptional engineering firms.

Built by contractors, engineers, and growth leaders, and private equity backed, 4CE exists to unite the fragmented engineering landscape. We empower regional firms in the water, wastewater, stormwater, and civil infrastructure sectors to scale, innovate, and strengthen the communities they serve.

We’re not here to acquire and absorb; we’re here to partner, elevate, and grow.

With a name that symbolizes energy, unity, and forward motion, 4CE is creating a people-first network of engineering giants. Together, we’re building a new force in infrastructure, one that puts collaboration over competition and long-term value over short-term gains.

If you’re an engineering firm with vision, values, and a desire to grow, let’s talk.
