Wouter Slot

Wouter Slot is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resource management across various sectors. Currently serving as HR-manager at 4CEE since September 2022, Wouter focuses on optimizing processes through innovative software solutions. Prior to this role, Wouter was HR Business Partner at Wageningen University & Research, contributing to sustainable development through economic research. Wouter also played a pivotal role in establishing the HR department at InnovestIT Group, serving as a strategic partner to management. Previous roles include consulting in civil engineering at TRACÉ, account management at Zorgwerk Personeelsdiensten, and HR-related positions at Agri Retail and Mobilee Consultancy. Wouter holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and a BA in Communication and Information Science from Utrecht University.
