Marcin Dyba

Marcin Dyba is an experienced professional in the fields of project management and entrepreneurship, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of 4chain studio since July 2022. Previously, Marcin co-founded Inkaust and Gignative, with tenures spanning from August 2023 to June 2024 and December 2018 to September 2023, respectively. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at PKN ORLEN S.A., such as Director of Corporate PMO and Knowledge Management, as well as Project Manager positions at EmiTel and Orange Polska. Marcin began as a Consultant at Digital Virgo S.A. and holds advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Redlands and an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania w Warszawie.
