Corin Hill

Corin Hill possesses extensive experience in telemarketing and customer management, currently serving as the Director of Telemarketing Training at 4COM PLC since January 2014. In this role, Corin has successfully launched and operationalized the Harvey's brand by designing training materials and recruiting staff. Additionally, Corin has been an Account Manager at 4Com since February 2006, focusing on customer retention and problem-solving in telephony. Previous positions include Telemarketing Floor Manager and Telemarketing Manager, where Corin developed training programs for new employees and led a team of telemarketers to achieve performance targets. Corin holds a BA in Creative Digital Design from Bournemouth University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
