With extensive experience in commercials, promos, TV, radio, digital, and experiential production, Charlie has a talent for building and nurturing high-performing teams. Prior to their current role, they spent several years freelancing for independent production companies and gained recognition for their work on notable projects such as "Peep Show" and Ford’s "Bite." Charlie pursued a BA Hons degree at Ravensbourne University London, where they continue their education.
