4D LABS is a state-of-the-art materials science research facility available to academics and private industry, located on the Simon Fraser University campus in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. We are focused on accelerating the design, development, demonstration, and delivery of advanced functional materials and nanoscale devices.

4D LABS provides academic and industrial users alike a one-stop-shop for materials science services. Our facilities provide researchers access to cutting edge analytical and fabrication equipment, high resolution microscopy, advanced spectroscopy, and features an advanced laser laboratory, Class 100 clean room facilities, and a visiting scientists’ laboratory.
