Debbie Bailey GAICD is an accomplished leader and founder of Debbie Bailey Consulting, established in October 2023. Currently serving as the Head of Growth for 4 Day Week - Global since August 2023, Debbie has extensive experience in leadership roles such as Chief Executive Officer at Momentum Mental Health from May 2017 to May 2023, and Director of Operations for the Queensland Museum Network from January 2013 to June 2017, where strategic direction and operational excellence were key responsibilities. Previous roles include Director of Cobb+Co Museum and Visitor Experience and Operations Manager at Queensland Museum. Debbie holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Queensland and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Communication from Queensland University of Technology.
