Ananya Kumar

Ananya Kumar has a diverse work experience, starting as a Work Study Student at Ashoka University in 2018. In 2019, they began their professional career as a Human Resources Intern at Godfrey Phillips India Ltd. Later that year, they joined GlobalShala as a Human Resources Executive, where they served until May 2022, working progressively as a Business Operations Executive, Business Strategy Manager, and Senior Business Strategy Manager. Simultaneously, they also worked as a Consultant at Northeastern University from May 2020 to April 2022. Presently, Ananya serves as the Chief Partnerships Officer at Excelerate, a role they took up in May 2022.

Ananya Kumar completed their International Baccalaureate Diploma from Step By Step World School in 2018. Ananya then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ashoka University from 2018 to 2021, with a summer course in Forensic Psychology from King's College London in 2019. Ananya also obtained several certifications in Instructional Design, Learning Canvas, Leadership Mindsets, and Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn in 2020.
