4F.STUDIO holds microbes, food, and local communities as central themes to drive their practice. They relate their ideas surrounding each subject to known societal problems ranging from sustainable cities and communities to responsible consumption and production.

Working independently and cooperatively with companies and academic institutions, they create installations, mixed-media sculptures, and interactive experiences that resonate with their locations, ascribing meaning beyond architecture and function.
