Evgenii Mitin

Evgenii Mitin is currently the Group Head of Debt Collection at 4finance, managing operations across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. With a strong background in designing compliance-driven collection strategies, they have effectively led teams, including large call centers, to improve recovery rates and enhance profitability. Previously, Evgenii served as Chief Executive Officer at AMG Collect, overseeing a large workforce and achieving top efficiency for a major Vietnamese bank. They also held roles in risk technology and debt collection analysis, where they implemented strategies that significantly increased operational efficiency.
