James Etherington

James Etherington is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investor relations and capital markets. Currently serving as Group CFO at 4finance since July 2015, James has played a pivotal role in one of Europe’s largest digital consumer lending groups, overseeing operations across more than ten countries. Prior positions include Head of Investor Relations at 4finance, Group Manager of Investor Relations at Ecobank (ETI), and leadership roles at Renaissance Capital and RBS. James began a career at Morgan Stanley as an Associate and has demonstrated expertise in corporate communications and M&A projects. Education credentials include a Master of Arts (M.A.) and MSci in Physics from the University of Cambridge.
