Mikus Saulitis

Mikus Saulitis is a Senior QA Engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and test automation within the FinTech sector. Currently employed at Mintos since April 2019 and at 4finance since May 2012, Mikus has contributed to front-end and back-end acceptance test automation using Cucumber, JUnit, and Selenium WebDriver. In a leadership role as QA Team Lead, Mikus has successfully facilitated the growth of QA teams across multiple offices, overseeing recruitment and management of QA processes and test planning. Prior experience includes positions as a QA Specialist at Nexum Insurance Technologies and a Junior QA Specialist at Exigen Services. Mikus holds a Master's degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Sciences in Computer Systems, both from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte.
