Vanessa Hoffmann

Vanessa Hoffmann has a diverse background in sustainability and marketing, holding various positions that emphasize ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies and initiatives. Beginning as a Working Student in Marketing & Sales at Unik Pine Tree, Vanessa transitioned to intern roles in Supply Chain Management at Arwos while completing a Master’s degree. Vanessa's expertise expanded significantly through roles such as ESG Manager at inotec group, where responsibilities included developing ESG strategies, implementing supply chain due diligence, and leading sustainability reporting efforts. Currently serving as Director of Sustainability Management at 4flow, Vanessa has previously been a Global Category Manager for Sustainability at Abena Global Supply and has held multiple sustainability-focused positions at Abena Global Supply A/S. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in International Management from Europa-Universität Flensburg, a Master of Science in Global Value Chain Management from the University of Southern Denmark, and ongoing studies in International Business at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
