Lance Fischer, PMP, is an experienced engineering manager currently at 4FRONT Engineered Solutions since February 2009, where responsibilities include developing business strategies for controls and electrical engineering as well as overseeing the Epic HVLS fan business. Previous roles in the company include project management for a Yard Management Software package and controls engineering focused on Human to Machine Interface systems for various applications. Prior to 4FRONT, Lance held positions as a controls engineer at Powell Industries and a test engineer at Texas Instruments, showcasing expertise in SCADA systems and test software development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from UNA College and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University, complemented by an Associate's degree in Laser Electro-Optics from Texas State Technical College.
