Wayne Straus

Wayne Straus has extensive experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry, currently serving as the General Manager at 4FRONT Engineered Solutions in Muskego since June 2005. In this role, Wayne successfully managed operations during a period of rapid growth and oversaw a significant facility expansion project in 2017/2018. Previously, Wayne held dual management responsibilities for two facilities at 4FRONT, supervising a workforce of 140 employees and overseeing various departments including Customer Service, Engineering, and Production. Wayne’s earlier roles include Site Leader at SPX Dock Products, where responsibilities included managing 120 employees in manufacturing operations, and General Manager at Kelley Dock Company, where Wayne managed a union facility with operations and P&L responsibilities. Wayne began a career in manufacturing at Kelley Dock Systems, progressing from Production Control to Materials Manager, focusing on material planning, schedules, and inventory management.
