Soham Sen

Soham Sen is a change agent and transformation leader with nearly 20 years of global experience in strategy, transformation, finance, and M&A. Soham held various roles at Ernst & Young from 2012 to 2015, including Manager and Senior Executive in M&A Transactions Advisory. Currently, Soham serves as the General Manager at Bentleys Queensland and previously worked as the Executive Manager of Strategy & Finance for EMEA at Workiva. Soham is also a Board Advisor for Strategy, Finance, and M&A at 4impact, where they led a successful capital raise process that resulted in a strategic divestment. Soham holds a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting and dual bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Commerce from The University of Queensland.
