They have extensive experience as an entrepreneur and business leader, having previously served in senior roles at Capable organizations such as SAP Ariba and BizNet Software, where they achieved successful exits and significant revenue growth. Eager holds both a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of North Texas. Throughout their career, they have focused on strategic planning, corporate health, and building high-performing teams while also contributing to community impact through their organizations.
