Bob Lindeman

Bob Lindeman is the Managing Director and Founder of The Overture Group, LLC, which specializes in Executive and Professional Search and Compensation Consulting for mid-size organizations. In addition to leading The Overture Group, Bob serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Compensation Committee for H.D. Hudson Manufacturing Company and LPi, as well as a Board Member for Kelley Williamson Co. Bob has a significant history of involvement in various organizations, including Catholic Charities and Stop-N-Go, where roles included Vice Chairman of the Audit Committee. With extensive experience at RSM McGladrey, Bob consulted for middle market companies on strategy and human capital, focusing on areas such as performance management and executive compensation. Bob holds degrees from Northern Illinois University, Benedictine University, and the University of Chicago, emphasizing strategy, organizational behavior, and finance.
