Gal Weber

Gal Weber is currently the HR & Talent Manager at 4M Analytics and has been in this role since 2022. Previously, Gal served as a lecturer at Jolt.io from 2022 to 2023 and was the first Talent Acquisition Partner at Vulcan Cyber, where they managed all recruitment activities on the Israeli site from 2021 to 2022. Gal also worked as an HR Growth Partner at AddedValue from 2018 to 2021, supporting various startups in enhancing their HR and recruitment processes. Earlier in their career, Gal held positions as a Technical Recruiter at Matrix and as a Social Media Manager at Lev Films and Cinemas. They earned a master's degree in Organizational Sociology from the University of Haifa and a bachelor's degree in Labor Studies and Communication from Tel Aviv University.
