Ophir Wainer is a Utility professional with over 25 years of experience in project management, locating-designating, and Subsurface Utility Engineering. Currently, they serve as the Director of Market Expansion & Education at GeoScan Subsurface Surveys, focusing on enhancing utility engineering services and educating clients about risk mitigation options. Wainer has held leadership roles in various organizations including NASTT BC and T2 Utility Engineers, and has co-founded Underground Engineering Services.
