Shanda Williams, M.Ed., is a results-driven operations leader who currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at 4MATIV, managing and developing high-performance teams and systems within the school transportation sector. Previously, Shanda held roles at Boston Public Schools, where they enhanced transportation services and managed compliance, and transitioned to Ase' Holistic House as Associate Director, focusing on diversity and operational efficiency. With a strong educational background including a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, Shanda is dedicated to advocating for equity and inclusion while driving organizational success and innovation.
