Dan Gill is a qualified life actuary and partner at the analytics consultancy 4most, where they currently lead the insurance team. They have held various roles at 4most, including Associate Partner and Actuarial Consultant, and were a Senior Actuarial Analyst at Phoenix Group from 2016 to 2019. Dan contributed to the ESG Integration and Stewardship Working Party at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries from 2020 to 2021, and they have been mentoring students through the Aspire initiative with the Haberdashers Company since 2020. Currently, Dan is also a Friendship Volunteer with Age UK, enhancing community connections. They earned a first-class Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Lancaster University and a Master’s degree with distinction in Mathematical Finance from Loughborough University.
