David Smith

David Smith is an Associate Partner at 4most since November 2015, specializing in project oversight and advisory services in areas such as technical IRB development for UK mortgage PD and LGD, risk framework design for challenger banks, and advancements in Climate Risk Credit Modelling. Prior to this role, David served as a Principal Consultant, leading projects that included designing credit risk frameworks for banks and developing machine learning scoring models. Earlier experience includes a position as a Treasury Quantitative Analyst at Nationwide Building Society, focusing on behavioral model development and liquidity monitoring, along with a research placement at the University of Bristol's Particle Physics Group. David holds an MSci in Physics from the University of Bristol.
