Ron Harrell is the Founder and CEO of My Office, which facilitates transitions for companies. They oversee over 10,000 projects and help organizations through changes in size, location, or equipment needs. Harrell is a Certified EOS Implementer who guides leadership teams to implement EOS to achieve vision, traction, and health. They earned a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Earlier in their career, they served as Lead Facility Developer for Restaurant Development (1982–1986), designing six restaurants and managing associated proposals and construction.
