Fiona Tuffs

Fiona Tuffs is an Associate Consultant at 4OC, bringing extensive experience in business transformation, product management, and operational delivery. Previously serving as Director of Business Change at the Education and Skills Funding Agency, Fiona led significant change initiatives, including a major Customer Experience Transformation Programme. With a background in training development and operations management, Fiona has held leadership roles at various organizations, such as A4e Ltd and the Care Quality Commission, where they implemented large-scale transformation programmes. Fiona holds a BA (Hons) in Business Systems Management and a PGCE in Education from the University of Hull and the University of Huddersfield, respectively.
