Rachel Dunn

Rachel Dunn is a Principal Consultant specializing in Housing and Local Government, with over 10 years of experience in transformative initiatives. In their current role at 4OC, Rachel is dedicated to collaborating with clients to implement strategic and operational changes, while fostering innovative ideas. Previously, they held positions including Head of Housing Partnerships and Service Improvement at Lewisham Council and served as a Board Trustee at Citizens Advice Greenwich. Rachel has also contributed as an Assistant Language Teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program and as a Transformation Business Analyst at Notting Hill Housing Group. They hold a Master’s degree in Social Policy from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Social Policy and Administration from the University of Bath.
