Leon Lous is the Ontwerpdirecteur at 4People, where they currently manage the ROCO subproject for the Ondergrondse Kruising Albertkanaal. Previously, they served as Ontwerpdirecteur at VolkerWessels Infrastructuur, overseeing various tender projects, and held the position of Ontwerpleider at GW Rotterdam. Leon also spent over a decade at VolkerWessels Infra Competence Centre, where they managed numerous design projects. They are pursuing a degree at Delft University of Technology.
