LUNDE BLENI

Lunde Bleni is currently the Executive Director at 4Racing, where they lead a comprehensive transformation program in collaboration with the executive team to drive strategic benefits across the organization. They have been actively involved in developing employee ownership schemes and promoting entrepreneurship in under-resourced communities since joining 4Racing in 2021. Prior to this role, Lunde served as an Employment Standards Specialist at the Department of Labour, managing complex disputes and ensuring compliance with labor laws from 2000 to 2021. Lunde is furthering their education with a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of South Africa and a postgraduate degree in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg.
