Jon Ridley

Jon Ridley is the co-founder and director of 4RDigital, where they focus on product innovation and R&D, successfully launching products that have reached over one million customers. Currently serving as acting COO for Carbon Value Exchange, Ridley also previously directed M-KOPA Labs, establishing innovative solar and financial products. With extensive experience managing international donor-funded programs, they have held multiple roles in organizations like Coffey International Development and GSMA. Ridley obtained an Executive MBA with distinction from The University of Hull.
