Jay Bulmer

Jay Bulmer is an experienced professional in supply chain management and business optimization, currently serving as Senior Director of Supply Chain & Business Optimization at 4Refuel since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jay held various leadership positions at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, including Regional General Manager, where oversight of operations, sales, and human resources was provided for a multi-million dollar market. Responsibilities included managing a large team and supporting a significant fleet operation. Additionally, Jay has expertise in franchise operations, having successfully started and revamped multiple locations. Jay earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology (Family Financial Management) from The Ohio State University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from County College of Morris.
