Ryan Dawson

Ryan Dawson has extensive work experience in operations and management. Ryan began their career at Iron Mountain as a Transportation Supervisor, where they oversaw a team of approximately 15 staff members and maintained relationships with important clients. After six years, they moved on to Waste Management, Inc. as a Transportation Manager, where they managed key elements of customer satisfaction, safety, and operational efficiency. In 2011, Dawson joined 4Refuel, where they held various roles including Regional Operations Manager, District Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President, and Senior Vice President, overseeing operations in Western Canada and Texas. Ryan has demonstrated expertise in managing large teams, implementing corporate initiatives, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Ryan Dawson completed a Leadership Essentials program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2007. From 2008 to 2021, they pursued further education in Leadership Acumen with a focus on Multiple Principles and Assessments through Training/Corporate Assessments.
