Allison Harrell, RDN, CCMS, is a dedicated wellness dietitian and culinary medicine specialist focused on enhancing employee wellness through strategic health programs. They have a background in nutrition, having earned a degree from the University of Florida, and are currently pursuing culinary medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine. With experience as a Cystic Fibrosis dietitian and various roles in culinary education, Allison collaborates with HR leaders to foster healthier workplace cultures. Currently, they serve on the Culinary Advisory Board at 4Roots and continue to inspire individuals and groups to embrace sustainable health improvements.
