Hari Pulapaka is a classically trained chef and tenured Associate Professor of Mathematics at Stetson University. They are the Founder and CEO of The Global Cooking School, which focuses on promoting sustainable and nutritious food systems. Hari has a PhD in Mathematics and holds the prestigious Worldchefs Certified Master Chef credential. They co-founded Cress Restaurant, where they crafted innovative menus and operated as head chef until 2021. Hari has received recognition as a four-time James Beard Best Chef Semifinalist and continues to contribute to culinary education through their role as Director of Culinary Education at the Culinary Health Institute at 4Roots Farm.
