Idunn Nilsen is currently the Matfaglig ansvarlig at 4Service, where they focus on culinary management. They completed their culinary apprenticeship at Kreativ Catering from 2006 to 2008, gaining experience in gourmet catering. Idunn has also held roles as a chef at various establishments, including NKL's kokkelandslaget community catering from 2019 to 2021, and served as kitchen manager at Valentinos restaurantdrift from 2012 to 2013. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the University of Stavanger, complemented by an Erasmus exchange program at the Universidad de Deusto. Additionally, Idunn has recently completed a course in Project Management at Metier Academy in 2023.
