Wendy Groff

Wendy is responsible for overseeing implementation projects for 4SIGHT’s Professional Services Organization. She brings over 25 years of experience to her integral roles in project management, process improvement analysis, functional analysis, and production support troubleshooting. Wendy has served in a variety of roles on Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation projects, including Project Manager, Functional Designer, Business Analyst, and Production Support. Wendy specializes in project management, design, quality assurance, testing, training, and implementation. She has designed and implemented process improvement programs for several WMS applications and acted as an Implementation Specialist for clients to monitor and assist with all areas of systems and operations. Wendy has extensive experience in industries including retail, direct-to-consumer, 3rd-party logistics, and manufacturing.
