Izabela Karolczyk

Izabela Karolczyk is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at 4soft since August 2019, where responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, HR strategies, the employee life cycle, and internal communication while being a member of the Management Team. Prior to this role, Izabela worked at IT Kontrakt from September 2008 to May 2019, starting as a Recruitment Specialist and advancing to roles such as Recruitment Team Leader, Recruitment Manager, and Recruitment Director, overseeing recruitment projects and teams, and establishing recruitment standards and processes. Izabela holds a degree from the University of Wroclaw and completed additional education at Akademia Biznesu MDDP in 2019.
