Jacek Maj

Jacek Maj is a finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as the Head of Finance and board member at Hoist Polska Sp. z o.o. since January 2021. Jacek has held positions on the Supervisory Board of 4soft and recently served as Interim Head of Finance at Hoist Finance AB (publ) Deutschland from March 2023 to October 2023. Previous roles include Financial Director at MyBenefit Sp. z o.o., CFO and board member at ULTIMO, and CFO at TAKTO, where Jacek oversaw a start-up company’s financial development. Jacek began a finance career at Provident Polska as Management Information and Budgeting Manager and has a solid educational background with an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, ACCA certification, and a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
