4th Harmonic helps clients build major industrial and innovation capabilities. These are unique, large, complex, and dynamic programs and require the selection and integration of various organisations to be successful.
4th Harmonic helps manage new programs successfully. Combining practical experience and proven methods our engagements integrate:
•	Complex program management,
•	Economic benefit analysis,
•	Data analytics using DECADE, and
•	Workforce and leadership development.
Customised for each client, DECADE scans the capability profile of Australia’s private, research and government institutions. We ingest this data and use analytics/AI to create “maps” and maturity assessments of critical industrial and innovation ecosystem capabilities critical to clients.
This helps our clients to explicitly frame what is important, understand “baseline” capability, identify key partners, design capability uplift, and track change over time. Key use cases include:
•	Supply chain resilience and development
•	Innovation program planning
•	Industry and trade policy support
•	Defence resilience, AIC and (SICP) development
